Return Policy - Sobre Homme


At Sobre Homme , we do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns in accordance with the conditions below:


1. Return period


You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your return.


2. Return conditions


For the return to be accepted:

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

Items must be returned with their original packaging intact and all tags attached.

Promotional or sale items are not eligible for returns unless defective.


3. Return procedure


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service at support@sobrehomme.com indicating:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for return (optional)

2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

3. Carefully package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided.


4. Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package reaches us.


5. Refunds

Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and the status of the return.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days .

Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.


6. Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@sobrehomme.com with:

Clear photos of the damaged/defective product

Your order number

We will offer you an exchange or a full refund, whichever you prefer.


7. Exceptions


The following items are not eligible for returns:

Underwear, socks or other hygiene items for health and safety reasons.

Gift cards.
