Welcome to Sobre Homme. By purchasing from our site, you unreservedly accept our General Conditions of Sale detailed below.

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on the website www.sobrehomme.com . They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by the “Sobre Homme” store.

• Product photographs are not contractual and may present slight variations in color or design.

• All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after you place your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a refund.

• Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products and are displayed when finalizing your order.

• “Sobre Homme” reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the applicable price will be the one displayed at the time of the order.

• In case of incorrect or incomplete address, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with current legislation:

• You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

• Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Guarantees and responsibilities

• The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code .
